Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these Terms

Trees is available through https://www.trees.pub. References to “Trees”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the service provider identified below. “You” means any person accessing the Platform and, where relevant, a Contributor.

A Contributor expressly accepts these Terms by selecting the acceptance checkbox and submitting the publishing form. Completing payment confirms the Contributor’s order under the version of these Terms accepted when the form was submitted.

If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not submit a Publication or purchase the publishing service.

2. Legal notice and service-provider details

The email address above may be used for customer service, legal notices, content notices, and other direct communications concerning the Platform.

3. Definitions

• Contributor means a Person who submits a Publication to the Platform for publishing.
• Publication means the text submitted by a Contributor and, if accepted, its presentation as one or more publicly accessible pages.
• Platform means Trees’ remotely accessed, cloud-hosted software application, including its website, automated publishing workflow, Publication pages, and related management functions.
• Public License means the open reuse license described in Section 12.
• Consumer means a natural person acting mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

4. Eligibility and authority

To submit or purchase a Publication, you represent that:

• you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where you live;
• you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms;
• if acting for another person or organization, you have authority to act and grant all rights required by these Terms;
• you control the email address supplied in the publishing form and can receive messages at that address;
• you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting from a country or territory that Stripe, applicable sanctions, or applicable law prevents us from serving; and
• you are not a person or entity with whom Trees, Stripe, or another financial partner is prohibited from doing business.

You must not bypass payment-provider, sanctions, geographic, or other eligibility restrictions.

5. Hosted software access and the service being purchased

Trees provides remote access to the Platform, with paid use priced per Publication. Each paid order entitles the Contributor to use the Platform for one automated publishing process for one Publication. The process includes automated presentation and moderation and, if the Publication is accepted, ongoing public hosting and related hosted management functions, subject to these Terms.

Payment does not purchase ownership of the Platform, editing rights, a fixed hosting period, an availability commitment, promotion, traffic, search placement, or any particular result from readers, websites, search engines, or AI systems.

Access to the Platform is provided without a user account or login dashboard. The email address supplied in the publishing form is used for payment steps, publishing results, Publication listing, and deletion verification.

Trees does not facilitate payments from readers to Contributors and does not enable payments between users.

6. Submission, ordering, and publishing process

1. Review before submission. The Contributor enters an email address and plain-text Publication in the publishing form. The form currently accepts up to 1,000,000 Unicode characters, subject to any lower technical limit clearly shown or enforced before submission. The Contributor must review and correct the email address and text before submitting.
2. Form submission. On submission, the email address is stored, the Publication text is sent to the workflow provider, these Terms are accepted, and the Public License in Section 12 takes effect. The submitted email address and Publication text cannot be edited through the ordinary publishing workflow after submission.
3. Payment link. Trees sends a payment-page link to the supplied email address. The link remains valid for seven days. Submission alone does not require payment unless the Contributor completes checkout.
4. Contract formation and immediate processing. The paid publishing contract is formed when Stripe confirms successful payment. Automated processing starts immediately after that confirmation.
5. Automated presentation and moderation. The Publication text is sent to OpenAI. An automated model determines presentation details and checks the entire Publication against applicable content policies. There is no routine human review before publication. Moderation is all-or-nothing; Trees does not publish only selected paragraphs or pages from a rejected Publication.
6. Result. If the Publication passes moderation, its text and presentation information are stored and made publicly accessible. Trees emails its URL to the Contributor. If it is rejected, Trees emails the Contributor a reason for the rejection.

Successful payment does not guarantee acceptance or publication. No processing or publication-completion time is guaranteed.

The contracting language is: English.

Trees does not provide a user account from which a personalized contract can be retrieved.

7. Price, taxes, discounts, and payment

The price for one paid use of the Platform to process one Publication is USD 10, charged once and before applicable taxes. There is no recurring subscription charge.

Stripe calculates applicable taxes using the location and other information supplied during checkout. The final amount, including applicable taxes and any discount, is shown before payment is completed.

Trees may offer discounts through Stripe. A discount applies only when displayed and accepted during checkout and does not create a right to future or retroactive discounts.

Payment takes place on Stripe’s hosted domain and is also subject to Stripe’s applicable payment and privacy terms. Available payment methods are those displayed by Stripe at checkout.

8. Immediate performance, withdrawal rights, and cancellation

The publishing process begins immediately after payment confirmation. By selecting the acceptance checkbox and completing payment, the Contributor expressly:

• requests that Trees begin performance during any otherwise applicable withdrawal period;
• consents to the immediate supply of the relevant digital content and digital processing; and
• acknowledges that any statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once supply begins or once the relevant service has been fully performed, to the extent applicable law provides.

If applicable law treats any part of the purchase as a service for which withdrawal remains possible until full performance, the Contributor still requests immediate performance. If the Contributor validly withdraws after performance has begun but before the right is lost, the Contributor may have to pay a proportionate amount for work already performed where applicable law permits.

Except for a non-waivable statutory right, a paid order cannot be cancelled. Because there is no recurring charge, deleting a Publication ends its hosting but is not a cancellation of the original purchase and does not create a refund right.

Nothing in this section removes a withdrawal right that cannot legally be waived. A Consumer who still has such a right may exercise it by sending an unequivocal statement to info@trees.pub or to the physical address in Section 2.

9. Refund policy

All payments are final except where a refund or another remedy is required by applicable law or where one of the following voluntary refund conditions applies:

• Publishing-process failure: after successful payment, Trees cannot complete the publishing process because of a technical or operational failure.
• Duplicate payment: the same order was charged more than once. A separate submission or a later republication is not a duplicate payment.

A policy rejection, legal rejection, safety rejection, or automated moderation decision is not a publishing-process failure, even if the Contributor believes the decision is mistaken.

No voluntary refund or compensation is provided because:

• a Publication is rejected, restricted, unpublished, or removed;
• the Contributor deletes the Publication;
• the automated presentation is not useful, contains errors, or appears incomplete;
• the Contributor submitted an incorrect email address or incorrect text;
• the Publication receives no traffic, ranking, links, citations, engagement, or other visibility;
• a search engine, AI system, social network, browser, website, or other third party does not index, display, reference, or preserve it;
• hosting is interrupted or later ends under these Terms; or
• external links or backlinks become broken.

To request a refund under an applicable exception, email info@trees.pub with the payment email, transaction identifier if available, and relevant Publication URL.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory Consumer remedies for failure to supply, lack of conformity, incorrect charging, or another matter for which applicable law requires repair, re-performance, price reduction, termination, refund, or compensation.

A refund, rejection, withdrawal, or deletion does not revoke the Public License to the extent the license is irrevocable under applicable law.

10. Publication presentation and immutability

Trees is designed to present the Contributor’s full text in its original wording and order. It does not intentionally add, delete, duplicate, reorder, paraphrase, summarize, or rewrite the Publication text.

The automated model is used to select presentation information rather than to author the Publication. The presentation may include:

• division of the text into sequential pages;
• page titles and descriptions selected as contiguous excerpts from the Publication text;
• contextual navigation links attached to existing words and leading to other pages within the same Publication;
• unique public URLs for individual pages;
• clickable treatment of web addresses contained in the submitted text; and
• technical, accessibility, navigation, and search-related metadata.

Navigation links and other interface elements are presentation metadata and do not change the underlying Publication text. Detected external links are configured to open separately with no-referrer protection, but Trees does not control the destination website or browser behavior.

A Publication does not show a separate author or Contributor identity. Publication pages identify their contents as “User-provided content”.

A published Publication is a public record rather than an editable draft. The Contributor cannot edit its text, supplied email address, or individual pages through the normal workflow after submission. The Contributor should keep an independent copy of the original text.

Trees may update technical presentation, links, metadata, or software. Trees may also restrict, correct, or remove information where required by law, data-protection rights, safety, or these Terms. These actions do not create a general Contributor editing right.

Automated presentation can contain errors. Trees does not guarantee page boundaries, titles, descriptions, contextual links, metadata, usability, quality, accuracy, or completeness, subject to non-waivable Consumer rights.

11. Hosting duration, listing, unpublishing, and deletion

Accepted Publications are intended to remain publicly available indefinitely. However, there is no guaranteed minimum hosting period, uptime level, URL lifetime, data-preservation commitment, or service-level agreement.

Hosting for an accepted Publication continues until the Publication is deleted by the Contributor or restricted, unpublished, or deleted by Trees for a legal, safety, operational, technical, payment-partner, or policy reason, or in connection with a partial or complete Platform shutdown.

Listing Publications

A Contributor can request the URLs associated with their publishing email at https://www.trees.pub/list-publications. Trees sends the list only to the email address entered in the form.

Deleting a Publication

1. Visit https://www.trees.pub/delete-publication.
2. Enter the publishing email address and Publication URL.
3. Trees sends a deletion link to that email address. The link is valid for one hour.
4. On use of the valid link, the Publication is removed from the public Platform and deleted from the active database, subject to the legal-retention exception below.
5. Trees sends a confirmation email.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes every page in that Publication from Trees. Links from other websites to those pages will become broken.

Trees may unpublish and retain a Publication instead of immediately erasing it where retention is reasonably necessary for a legal obligation, legal claim, investigation, safety matter, policy enforcement, or required evidence. It will remain unavailable to the public while restricted, unless disclosure is legally required.

Deletion from Trees cannot erase copies already indexed, cached, copied, republished, transformed, archived, or stored by readers, search engines, AI systems, websites, or other third parties.

Email access protects the listing and deletion functions. The Contributor is responsible for using an accurate, secure email address. Anyone able to use a valid deletion link may permanently delete the Publication.

Publishing again after deletion, or publishing a corrected or replacement version, is a new publishing process and requires a new payment.

12. Open reuse license for Publications

The Public License takes effect immediately when the Contributor submits the publishing form, whether or not payment is later completed and whether or not the Publication is accepted or remains available on Trees.

The Contributor grants Trees and every person or entity worldwide a direct, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to use the entire Publication, in whole or in part, for any purpose and in any present or future medium.

The licensed rights include the right to:

• access, crawl, index, cache, store, retrieve, and analyze the Publication;
• copy, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, and communicate it to the public;
• quote, extract, summarize, translate, modify, adapt, or transform it;
• combine it with other material and create derivative works;
• republish any part or every page of the Publication;
• use it for search, retrieval systems, machine learning, AI training, AI-assisted generation, and incorporation into AI outputs or other products and services; and
• exercise these rights for commercial, non-commercial, personal, or other purposes.

No attribution, credit, link, license notice, approval, or payment is required for the Contributor, Trees, or an original author, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The license has no share-alike requirement or restriction on commercial use.

To the extent permitted by law, the Contributor waives, and agrees not to assert, moral rights or similar rights that would prevent the licensed modification, reuse, or absence of attribution. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

The Contributor and any original rights holder retain ownership of the Publication and any rights not granted by this Public License.

To the extent Trees owns rights in Publication-specific page boundaries, excerpt selections, descriptions, or contextual-link metadata, Trees makes those elements available under the same reuse permissions. The Public License does not cover the generic Platform software, source code, templates, branding, trademarks, or platform-wide database arrangement.

The Public License covers only rights that the Contributor or Trees can legally grant. It does not waive or license personal-data rights, privacy rights, confidentiality rights, publicity or personality rights, or third-party rights that the Contributor does not control. It does not authorize anyone to falsely imply endorsement by Trees, the Contributor, or an original author.

The Public License survives rejection, refund, withdrawal, unpublishing, deletion, termination of these Terms, and Platform shutdown to the maximum extent permitted by law. Trees cannot recall or erase copies made by third parties.

Trees does not guarantee to reusers that a Contributor owned all necessary rights. Reusers remain responsible for checking whether other rights or laws apply to their intended use.

13. Contributor responsibility and representations

The Contributor is solely responsible for the submitted Publication and represents that:

• the Contributor has all ownership rights, licenses, consents, permissions, and authority needed to submit, publish, host, moderate, and openly license the entire Publication;
• every author, employer, client, licensor, or other rights holder has authorized the Public License, including modification, commercial use, and use without attribution;
• the Publication and its submission comply with applicable law, these Terms, and payment-partner rules;
• the Publication does not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights;
• the Publication does not contain personal data, private communications, secrets, credentials, or confidential information;
• the Publication is not knowingly fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or materially false in a way that is unlawful or harmful;
• the Contributor understands that the Publication may become public, globally copied, commercially reused, modified, and detached from its original context without attribution; and
• the Contributor has retained any copy needed for their own records because Trees is not a private backup or draft-storage service.

Trees is not intended to act as a data processor for personal data placed in a Publication. Do not submit personal data with the expectation that it will remain confidential or be processed under a separate data-processing agreement.

14. Acceptable use and prohibited content

You must not submit, publish, distribute, promote, or use the Platform in connection with content, products, services, or activities that are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, unsafe, or prohibited or restricted by Stripe or another financial partner.

Prohibited content and activities include, without limitation:

• adult sexual content or sexual services;
• sexual exploitation or any sexual content involving minors;
• illegal drugs or unsupported controlled-substance activities;
• gambling or unsupported gaming, betting, or prize activities;
• unlawful violence, threats, terrorism, or content that unlawfully promotes or facilitates violence;
• hate or unlawful discrimination;
• weapons or regulated weapon-related products or activities;
• unsupported financial, payment, lending, cryptocurrency, securities, investment, money-transmission, or similar activities;
• unsupported pharmaceuticals, medical products, medical services, or regulated healthcare activities;
• tobacco, nicotine, or vaping products or services;
• counterfeit goods or services;
• copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, database-right, or other intellectual-property infringement;
• unlawful defamation, impersonation, fabricated statements presented deceptively, or other unlawful false statements;
• fraud, scams, phishing, fake identification, or fake documents;
• pyramid schemes or prohibited multi-level marketing;
• personal data or information capable of identifying or singling out a person, including information that is already publicly available;
• data about children, private communications, confidential information, passwords, authentication secrets, or security credentials;
• sensitive personal data, including health, genetic, biometric, sexual, philosophical, political, religious, criminal-record, bank, payment-card, credit, tax, financial-account, or similar information;
• content that violates another person’s privacy, publicity, personality, or confidentiality rights; and
• content or activity prohibited by Stripe’s restricted-business or sanctions rules as they apply at the time of the transaction.

You must also not:

• introduce malware, malicious links, harmful code, spam, or deceptive redirects;
• interfere with, overload, damage, probe, or bypass the Platform, its security, technical limits, or payment controls;
• access non-public systems or data without authorization;
• misuse the listing, deletion, reporting, payment, or email functions, including by entering an email address you are not authorized to use;
• impersonate Trees or falsely suggest sponsorship or endorsement;
• submit manifestly unfounded reports or legal notices in bad faith; or
• use automated methods in a way that disrupts or places an unreasonable load on the Platform.

Ordinary indexing and reuse allowed by the Public License are not prohibited, but technical access must not interfere with the Platform or bypass reasonable security measures.

15. Moderation, enforcement, reports, and legal notices

Before publication, OpenAI is used to assess the full Publication against these policies. The initial pass-or-reject result is automated and is not routinely reviewed by a person before it takes effect. Automated moderation may make mistakes.

Trees may reject, restrict, unpublish, remove, delete, or preserve a Publication, and may restrict further use of the Platform, where reasonably necessary for:

• these Terms or payment-partner rules;
• applicable law, a court order, or an authority request;
• intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other third-party rights;
• fraud, abuse, sanctions, security, or safety;
• technical or operational protection; or
• a Platform shutdown or material service change.

Where required and legally permitted, Trees will send the Contributor a reason for a restriction or removal, including whether an automated tool was involved. Trees may withhold details where disclosure would violate law, expose confidential information, undermine security, or create a safety risk.

Reporting content

Each Publication page provides a report button. Reports and legal notices may also be sent to info@trees.pub. Reports are reviewed by the Platform owner rather than decided solely by an automated model.

A report should include:

• the exact URL of each affected page;
• a clear explanation of why the content is illegal or violates these Terms, including the relevant legal or policy basis where possible;
• supporting evidence and, for an intellectual-property notice, identification of the protected work and the reporter’s authority to act;
• the reporter’s name and email address, unless applicable law permits that information to be omitted; and
• a statement that the report is submitted in good faith and that the information is accurate to the reporter’s knowledge.

Trees may request more information. Where contact details are available and law requires it, Trees will acknowledge the report and communicate the decision. Trees may share the substance of a report with the affected Contributor where needed for fairness or legal compliance, subject to privacy and safety restrictions.

Requesting reconsideration

A Contributor may request human reconsideration of a rejection or enforcement decision by emailing info@trees.pub with the publishing email, Publication URL or other available identifier, the reason for the challenge, and supporting evidence. Reconsideration does not guarantee publication, restoration, a refund, or compensation.

Points of contact

The electronic point of contact for Platform users, competent authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services is info@trees.pub.

Communications at this point of contact are accepted in: English, Spanish.

Trees considers the rights and legitimate interests of everyone affected when applying content restrictions, including freedom of expression, privacy, intellectual-property rights, safety, and Consumer rights.

16. No promise of traffic or external visibility

The purchase provides a public destination, not an audience. Trees does not promise views, traffic, referrals, backlinks, citations, engagement, virality, search placement, AI usage, or social-network distribution.

Trees does not operate an internal popularity or reputation ranking for Publications. Automated contextual links are navigation within a Publication and are not a promise of promotion or ranking.

If a Contributor wants initial readers, the Contributor is responsible for sharing the Publication through channels or audiences they control. Trees does not guarantee that later readers will discover it independently.

Publication pages may be designed to be publicly accessible, indexable, and machine-readable, but Trees cannot control or guarantee the behavior of search engines, AI systems, browsers, social networks, archives, or other websites.

17. Third-party services and links

Trees relies on third-party providers, including Stripe, OpenAI, Supabase, Resend, Pushover, Vercel, and Vercel Workflows. Their availability, processing, and systems may affect the Platform. Personal-data processing by these providers is described in the Privacy Policy.

Stripe’s hosted checkout is a separate service on Stripe’s domain. Stripe may decline a transaction or impose its own legal, financial, geographic, identity, fraud, or sanctions requirements.

Publications may contain links selected and supplied by Contributors. Trees does not control, verify, endorse, or assume responsibility for linked websites, their availability, their security, their content, or their data practices. Accessing a third-party website is at the visitor’s own risk and subject to that third party’s terms and privacy information.

18. Platform intellectual property

The Platform’s software, source code, generic design, templates, databases, functionality, name, logos, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Trees and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Trees grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to remotely access and use the Platform for its intended functions. The Platform is hosted and made available online; no copy of its software or ownership in it is sold or transferred. No other rights in the Platform are transferred or licensed by implication.

The Public License in Section 12 applies to individual Publications and Publication-specific elements described there. It does not grant a right to copy or reuse Trees branding, generic interface elements, source code, or the selection and arrangement of the Platform as a whole.

19. Disclaimers and mandatory legal guarantees

Publications are user-provided content. Trees does not author, endorse, verify, or guarantee any claim in a Publication. A Publication may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, unlawful, or unsuitable for a particular purpose despite moderation.

Publications are not advice from Trees. Readers must use their own judgment and, where appropriate, obtain qualified professional advice before relying on any Publication.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Trees does not promise that it will be uninterrupted, permanent, secure, error-free, compatible with every device, free from harmful third-party material, or recoverable after loss.

Trees gives no guarantee about the quality, usefulness, reliability, completeness, or accuracy of automated page boundaries, titles, descriptions, links, metadata, or other presentation elements.

Trees is not a backup, archive, escrow, traffic-acquisition, search-engine optimization, reputation, or distribution service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a legal guarantee, remedy, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory Consumer rights concerning digital content or digital services.

20. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Consumers

If you are a Consumer, Trees is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of Trees breaching these Terms or failing to use legally required care. Trees is not responsible for business losses suffered by a Consumer, or for losses caused by the Contributor’s content, instructions, rights violations, incorrect email address, or unlawful use.

Business users

If you act in a trade, business, craft, or profession, then, to the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Trees is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss;
• Trees is not liable for lost profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, reputation, traffic, ranking, links, citations, data, or anticipated savings; and
• Trees’ total aggregate liability connected with a Publication or order will not exceed the amount actually paid to Trees for that Publication.

Trees is not liable for third-party copies, transformations, indexing, AI outputs, external links, broken backlinks, payment-provider decisions, or conduct outside Trees’ reasonable control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Responsibility for third-party claims

A Contributor is responsible for losses and third-party claims caused by the Contributor’s unlawful content, lack of licensing authority, infringement of rights, submission of personal or confidential data, or material breach of these Terms.

If the Contributor acts in a trade, business, craft, or profession, the Contributor will, to the extent permitted by law, indemnify and hold harmless Trees and its service providers from claims, damages, judgments, penalties, and reasonable legal costs arising from those matters. Trees will give reasonable notice of a covered claim and allow reasonable participation in its defense.

This section applies to Consumers only to the extent allowed by mandatory Consumer law and only for loss for which the Consumer is legally responsible.

22. Electronic communications

The Contributor agrees to receive operational communications at the supplied email address, including payment steps, publishing results, rejection reasons, Publication URLs, listing results, deletion links, deletion confirmations, legal notices, and important service information.

These communications are transactional rather than marketing messages. The Contributor must keep access to the supplied email address and check spam or filtering folders. Trees is not responsible for a message not received because the address was incorrect, unavailable, filtered, or outside Trees’ reasonable control.

Where law allows, electronic communications satisfy a requirement that information be provided in writing. This does not reduce any requirement to provide information on a durable medium.

23. Changes to the Platform, policies, and these Terms

Trees may change Platform software, presentation, technical limits, providers, prices for future purchases, and content policies for legal, security, safety, technical, operational, or commercial reasons.

Trees may publish revised Terms at https://www.trees.pub/terms-of-service. Changes apply to future submissions and, where legally permitted, to ongoing hosting and Platform use. If applicable law requires separate notice or consent for a change, Trees will provide it before applying that change.

The version accepted for an order continues to govern that order’s payment and the Public License granted on submission. A later revision will not narrow a Public License already granted.

Trees may end all or part of the Platform for legal, safety, technical, operational, or policy reasons. Where reasonably possible and legally required, Trees will provide appropriate notice. No minimum continued-operation period is promised.

24. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and non-contractual matters connected with them are governed by Spanish law.

If you are a Consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of habitual residence. A Consumer may bring proceedings in any court available under mandatory Consumer law.

If you are not a Consumer, the courts of Barcelona, Spain have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes connected with these Terms or the Platform.

Before starting formal proceedings, you are encouraged to describe the dispute to info@trees.pub so that Trees can try to resolve it. This does not suspend a legal deadline or limit a right to seek urgent or judicial relief.

Consumers may request and submit any applicable official consumer complaint form using the email, telephone number, or physical address in Section 2.

25. General terms

• Entire agreement. These Terms, the order information displayed at checkout, and policies expressly incorporated into them form the agreement concerning the publishing purchase. Order-specific price and tax information shown at checkout controls if it conflicts with a general price statement.
• Severability. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
• No waiver. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
• No partnership. These Terms do not create an employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary, or joint-venture relationship between Trees and a Contributor.
• Assignment. Trees may transfer these Terms as part of a lawful transfer of the Platform or its business, subject to applicable Consumer and data-protection law.
• Events outside reasonable control. Trees is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including internet or provider outages, infrastructure failures, governmental action, natural disasters, labor disruption, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party systems, except where law provides otherwise.
• Survival. Provisions concerning the Public License, intellectual property, responsibility, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and any provisions that by their nature should continue will survive deletion or termination.
